order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in their original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:

The delivery of goods according to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The delivery of goods that are unsuitable for return, deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date has passed.

Refunds can only be made for goods at regular prices. Unfortunately, goods sold cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if applicable law does not allow it.

If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the returned product has been received.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
